Our Team

We exist to accelerate the transition toward regenerative farming systems with reduced reliance on synthetic inputs—across both small-scale artisanal operations and large commercial enterprises.

Daniel Godfrey

Co-Founder | Regenerative Agriculture | Marketing & Sales | Plant Management

Daniel bridges the gap between agricultural science and real-world business. Holding a Bachelor of Philosophy (BPhil) Honours in Marketing Management from the IMM Graduate School, he combines strong commercial thinking with deep hands-on experience in aquaponic, regenerative, and hydroponic production systems. His work includes managing Rainbow Trout in living aquaponic systems, applying microbial science to improve yields, water quality, and biological system balance. Daniel has developed a particular interest in the role of beneficial microorganisms within regenerative systems — from soil microbiology and microbial inoculants to natural fermentation processes used to produce biostimulants and living microbial inputs. This understanding of how microbial communities drive plant health, nutrient cycling, and system resilience sits at the core of what Grow2Guys brings to market. Daniel turns complex agricultural science into practical solutions that work in the field and make sense in the market.

Keenan Williams

Keenan is the scientific mind behind Grow2Guys. Holding a BSc Honours degree in Molecular Genetics, he brings deep biological knowledge and systems thinking to every challenge he tackles. His experience spans commercial plant production, applied plant pathology, and AgriTech — including the development of AI-based pest detection systems integrating sensor technology and predictive analytics. His background further includes the design of composting systems that transform organic waste into valuable agricultural inputs through vermiculture, thermophilic composting, and insect-based processes. Through Grow2Guys, Keenan applies this wealth of experience across biological science, natural inputs, and IPM — bringing a uniquely informed, science-first perspective to regenerative agriculture.

Jason is the structural and operational backbone of Grow2Guys. Holding an Honours degree in Logistics from the University of Johannesburg, he combines engineering precision with logistical discipline to design, build, and manage the production infrastructure that brings regenerative systems to life. His portfolio spans the full spectrum of aquaponic system typologies, water management, structural steelwork, electrical installations, and plumbing — built to perform under real-world conditions. Beyond construction, Jason leads product development and oversees distribution, ensuring every solution Grow2Guys brings to market is engineered to last and reaches the people who need it most.
